新西兰多少岁可以开车？
20岁左右吧，忘记了。反正拿驾照的时候不需要提供血液或者尿液的毒品检测报告，在新西兰无论在哪里吸毒都是非法的（虽然很多人知道并且做），但是一旦被抓到，警察有权逮捕你然后送交法院处理，后果严重的话会判7年有期徒刑。所以一般没人敢吸毒之后去考驾照。
19岁就可以考驾照了，在4年有效期内可以无限制的使用，不过每年驾照都需要更新，也就是第二年要验证一次（有些城市是3年有效期，要验证两次，不过也都是在19-20岁之间） 拿到驾照之后的第二年就可以申请注册为正式驾驶员了（P Plate），这个需要考试，类似中国C照的考试。具体细节可以参看移民局网站。
